Can I return my product?
- If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund (shipping costs are not refundable).
- To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- For repairs, customers cover inbound shipping costs, and Vogt covers the return shipping.
- Last Chance pieces are non-refundable.
- Custom orders and special orders are non-refundable.
- To return your item, mail it to the address below. You MUST include a note with your order number, name, phone number, and reason for return/exchange.

Can I exchange my belt?
- Vogt is happy to exchange your belt if you purchased the wrong size.
- We offer an equal exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- If you purchased a buckle set and requested the tip attached before shipping, you will be offered a maximum of one (1) exchange to correct the size.
- Custom belts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- To exchange your item, mail it to the address below.

My Vogt product was damaged. How do I get it fixed?
- Vogt Silversmiths offers an unconditional lifetime guarantee on our silver products.
- If your Vogt product shows signs of wear and tear or damage, you can send it in for repair at no additional charge.
- Customers cover inbound shipping costs, and Vogt covers the return shipping.
*Vogt Silversmiths does not offer repair on our leather products unless the item has been purchased recently, in which case we will replace the item free of charge*

- If the product is currently carried as a stock item, you may be offered an equal exchange.
- If we are unable to repair your item, we will build you a new piece as close to the original design as possible.
How long will it take my Vogt product to be repaired?
- Once a repair item is received and processed, the repair process takes approximately 6-8 weeks.
- You will be sent a postcard with an RA number for reference.
*Please note: during high traffic times and holidays, the timeline for repairs can extend past the 6-8 week timeframe.*
Will you send a call tag to pick up my return/exchange for me?
- If your Vogt product needs to be returned or exchanged due to an error on our part, we are more than happy to send a call tag to pick up your product. For more information on this process, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-344-7457.
- If Vogt Silversmiths is not at fault, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

How does shipping work with Vogt?
Order Processing:
- Once you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- For pre-order items, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery.
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received.
- Orders placed during holidays or sales will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Carriers:
- We use UPS and USPS to deliver your order.
- Timely delivery is important to us, and we offer various shipping methods to meet your needs.

UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days
UPS 2-Day: 2 business days
UPS Overnight: Next business day
Note: PO Box deliveries are via USPS only.
Shipping Charges:
- Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $200.00.
- Orders under $200.00 and international orders will incur shipping charges at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable after an order has shipped.

Do you charge shipping?
- For all orders over $200.00, Vogt Silversmiths offers free UPS Ground shipping, with the option to upgrade for expedited shipping at checkout.
- All orders under $200.00 and international orders will be required to pay shipping at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
- If there is any issue or error with your order, please contact our Customer Service Team, at 1-800-344-7457, as soon as possible.
- If the order has not been shipped, we can immediately cancel or modify your order to suit your needs.
- If the order has already shipped, you can return or exchange the order once you receive it.
I canceled/returned my order. When will my refund go through?
- If you cancel your order, the refund process will begin immediately.
- If you are returning a product, the refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days of Vogt receiving the item back.
- Once the refund is initiated, it may take 3-7 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
*The duration is based upon the banking institution's practices and is not within the control of Vogt Silversmiths.
- If the item has already been shipped, the cost of shipping will be discounted from the amount refunded.

Custom Orders
How do I start my custom order?
- Visit our Custom Orders page fill out a form.
- If you have a design already, please upload it on question #3.
I submitted my design, what's next?
- Once we receive your form submission, we’ll reach out with an estimated cost for your custom piece. At this stage, we’ll work closely with you to finalize the details and confirm your vision. We’ll also provide a final design for your approval, ensuring everything is exactly as you envision before moving forward.
- After you approve the final design and price, a 50% deposit is required to start work on your custom piece. Completion typically takes about 6 weeks. Once finished, we’ll send you a photo of the completed piece and invoice the remaining balance before shipping it to you.
How long will it take me to receive my custom order?
- Standard timeline for a custom order is 4-6 weeks once the final design is approved.
- Please note that during high traffic times, the process may take a bit longer.

Product Questions
How do I measure the correct belt size?
- A rule of thumb is order a belt 2" larger than your pant size.
- If you wear a 36" pant, we'd recommend ordering a 38" belt.
- For a definitive size lay your existing belt out flat and measure the distance between the turn back (where the buckle is connected) and the hole you're currently using on that belt.
- All of Vogt’s belts are measured from the turn back to the third/center hole.
What does sterling silver mean?
- Sterling Silver is an international standard compound of silver containing 92.5% by weight of fine silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper.
- Pure silver is too soft and malleable to create long-lasting pieces. By adding a small amount of other metals, the durability of the metal is greatly increased with little effect on appearance.
- Sterling Silver is the best of both worlds.
Does my belt come with a buckle?
- All Vogt belts are shipped with a classic Western metal buckle. If you’d like to compliment your new belt with a genuine Sterling Silver Vogt buckle, please see our Buckle Collection.
Will you attach my buckle set automatically?
- If you purchase a belt and buckle set (with a tip) together, please use the "ADD ORDER NOTE" in your cart to let our Customer Service team know whether or not you would like the tip attached.
- If you do not specify, we will NOT attach the tip before shipping.
- Attaching the tip alters the belt, and makes it ineligible for a return, exchange or refund.
- Please make sure you ordered the correct size belt before requesting the tip be attached.
How can I best take care of my silver?
- Silver is a metal that can easily tarnish without proper care.
- If you do not intend to regularly wear your buckle, do not store it on a belt.
- It is best to wrap up your silver whenever possible.
- Do not store near anything with sulfur or rubber.
- If your silver does tarnish, try cleaning with a smooth cloth before using metal cleaners or polish.
Do Vogt women's' rings come in different sizes?
- Many of Vogt's women's rings are made with a hidden adjustable band, one size fits all. Simply twist the band to tighten or loosen for a perfect fit.
- Sized rings are indicated by the SKU number. If the SKU number ends in a -6, -7, -8, etc., it is a sized ring.
